Springfield Man Charged With Tattooing Teens

A 39-year-old Springfield man was charged yesterday with three counts of tattooing minors without a parent's consent.

On May 13, a Springfield mother complained to police that [Rudolpho] Carlos had tattooed the arms of her two 14-year-old children and her 16-year-old child in the basement of his home. It was the third similar accusation against Carlos, but the first time he has been formally charged.

You have to be 18 to get a tattoo in Illinois, and tattooing a minor is a class A misdemeanor. [AP]

I think it's 18, smussy.

The legal age to get a tattoo in Illinois was lowered from 21 to 18 in 2006.

This two-bit skin-Picasso deserves a butt-kicking.

This loser cracks me up. Fourteen year old girls? "Gee, I didn't know," doesn't cut it!
