Seriously, yo, that place needs to get over itself, and how and fast! And the next time they serve grits, they damn sure as Hell, better have some real hot sauce! WTF! Its like Omar Little having milk but no Honey Nut Cheerios to go with it!

Well, there is that greasy spoon across the street, but they're mainly known for gyros and burritos. Until then I'll keep waiting for the new Lula to open.

Chuck, Yeah I know, used to live just a couple blocks from Lawrence's. Matty's talking about Cermak and Halsted, I can't recall anything being there in the way of scrimps but it was a while ago when I lived there (pre skylark), so maybe it was before.. I was assuming maybe he meant was thinking of Lawrence's.

this has always been my favorite menu item at skylark and have had it more times than I can count but last I went, it was only $8 and I still miss the dark rye bread they used to use. also, their daily specials are amazing.

We're trying to make a more concerted effort to include addresses with reviews — or at least links to other reviews related to the places we frequent — so that you don't have to guess or go to Google Maps.
