Doesn't matter one iota to me as I brew my [Intelligentsia/Metropolis] coffee at home, where 32oz is the norm. I'm sure if you're really craving a 20oz Intelligentsia coffee, there are apparently more than 900 other reputable places (aside from the Intelligentisa storefronts) which are still willing to give the customer what they want.

Protest away. Having known Doug for years and the seriousness with which he approaches coffee, he's serious about this and getting his customers away from the large cups. Besides, the organic Sumatra has enough caffeine in a small cup to keep me awake all night.

GAH!!!! I must protest!!! I loves me a 20 oz Intelligensia coffee! No cream, no sugar, just pure delicious coffee. Now, I'll have to deal with the inconvenience of ordering 2 small coffees. grr..
