In all fairness this guy looks this way because he was "severely injured in the fire" when he "allegedly doused ... himself in gasoline and lit the fire" So yea, he's a burn victim by his own doing. So not so much a "victim" - more "fail" then anything.

My heart jumped out of my body when I opened Chicagoist just now and saw that face. It's like that video that went around for a while, where you were supposed to study the screen and find out what was wrong with the picture, and then that little monkey appeared and screamed and you were jolted out of your reverie...anybody remember this? This guy looks like that scary monkey face. I remember the feeling I got when this story first came out. This is the first time I saw this guy's face. There are just no words...the devastation that whole family must be going through...there are just no words.
