It's not just the Army, all military branchs are losing their porn selection. =) I'm in the Navy, and been station in 4 different bases along the East Coast. Their are a lot of porn shops right outside the base. =)

We should also devote a great deal of time and money to filtering what the soldiers can look at on the Internet (I'm envisioning an elaborate Web of blocked sites, which would require a full-time cyber team, of course; and a new policy emphasizing rewards for ratting other soldiers out who are looking at aereolas and anal clefts) and going through every piece of mail to see if anyone mails them porn. Also, lets round this bill out with weekly barrack-raids to make sure there is no Maxim-style contraband in their bunks, etc.

Liberals that place more emphasis on personal freedoms such as freedom of speech (see Defending Pornography by former ACLU President and Femilady Nadine Strossen) over knee-jerk feminist reactions would defend the military pornography tooth and nail.

A2: I think you have a super valid point. It really comes down to the double standard in our society between graphic sex and graphic violence. But let me ask you: Why in the fuck did relatively moderate Republicans--and yes, they still exist--let these nuts take over what, decades ago, used to be a reasonable party, even for people who disagreed with it? Why did the moderates wack these Jesus freaks and armchair warriors back into the mole hills where they belong?
