I tried out some dessert kabobs, from a Steven Raichlen recipe, last week with angel food cake, pineapple, mango, and mint, brushed with a marinade of coconut milk, melted butter and nutmeg on cinnamon stick skewers. talk about decadence.

If you haven't had the High On Fire burger at Kuma's, featuring roasted red pepper and grilled pineapple, holy shit is it good. It's gotta be the best thing on the menu - and I've eaten my way through it a few times.

ummmm PERSONALLY i thought the peaches were perfect!! i would not change a thing about that dish. maybe i would have preferred to have someone spoon it INTO my mouth for me, but whatever
