Speed Racer talks too much, like the last two Matrix abominations, but it's pretty fun in a goofy kids' movie kinda way. I'm sure once it comes out on DVD, you'll be able to see it for free by just going to the home theater demo section of any Best Buy.

I saw Speed Racer. I was not stoned. It was shiny and shallow. Exactly what I expected. Ninjas, on the other hand...

I work a couple blocks away from here and know a couple production people working on site. It's pretty fantastic in there. Very cool to have this project in chicago. Hopefully they rebound from Speed Racer, which was visually amazing but kind of...off.

Speed Racer was fun, but a bit boring. It's still WAAAYYY better than Tron.

Their new facility sounds awesome. They've got a full basketball court in there as well as the best production tools out there. Nice to see them bringing it back home.

i saw Speed Racer with my wife and we both loved it for it's sheer insanity. the movie's very much in line with the cartoon and i can't fathom why everybody hates it so much. just wish i'd had some mushrooms - THAT really would've been something... heh
