in the late 90's/early '00s, i was still required to be wearing pantyhose while working at at a bank.
however, as far as pantyhose being sexy ... i think it depends on what you classify as "pantyhose." fishnets -- sexy. seamed stockings -- sexy. some hose with varying kinds of print/texture -- sexy.
*i* think. but wearing them is a WHOLE other sitch.
I turned down a good job once because women could only wear skirts/dresses/pantyhose.
I didn't think that was fair. If men could wear pants, why couldn't women?
It makes me mad now just thinking about it.
