Aldermen approved a measure today towards allowing some felons to operate massage parlors. While anyone convicted of a sex crime would still not be eligible for a massage license, those convicted of other felonies who could prove they'd been rehabilitated would be. [WBBM]

Straight outta Steve Buscemi's character on The Sopranos.

I don't see anything wrong with it. I don't know what the requirements of a license are, but I would assume it requires some education or certification. If that's the case, it's fine by me.

If a convicted (served, and released) felon is able to obtain his massage therapy certifications or whatever, then more power to him, and he should be able to open a business.
