Police have confiscated the van belonging to Mya Lyon’s father, Richard Lyons. Reportedly, he drove Mya to the hospital in the van after finding her stabbed in an alley near their home.
Richard Lyons has hired an attorney, and is no longer talking to the media.
Police, who had asked him to report to headquarters for questioning, called back to say he didn’t have to report. He’s already submitted a DNA test, and to a polygraph test.
Chicago Police have said they are talking with several family members, and they are leaving no stone unturned.[Trib, and Trib]

I don't think it's going to be too long before they have someone in custody.
It's a good job that he's hired an attorney, because I have a feeling he's going to need it. Wasn't he cleared last week after they took his DNA and he passed the polygraph? Horrible.
Horrible that is, if he's innocent. If he actually DID kill that lovable little girl his ass needs to planted under the jail.
