Chicagoans Michelle Obama and Kanye West both made Vanity Fair's 2008 International Best-Dressed List. Why the recognition? "Because she's our commander in sheath" and "[b]ecause, yes, he Kanye."

Besides the 80's clown look, he's usually rocking the straight preppie Urkel apparel.

And he's a giga-douchebag. But that's just my read on him.
