<description>&lt;p&gt;Does not compute.  Four guys caused 329 flights to be canceled in 9 days!  That is over nine flights a day for each pilot.

Maybe United should just go away and stop with the shenanigans.  Being force to work extra hours and not being able to take sick time that was rightfully earned is not very nice.  United is reaping what it has sown by cutting so close to the bone.
