I wasn't aware that police were schooled in the art of scolding. What a novel concept. I can't even imagine the lines he would use for such an endeavor. Hmmm...maybe he has an idea for a coffee table book...

Shannon: The creepy guy from the X-Files? Well, one of them. He was the undertaker if I recall. It's curious that this guy was going up and asking permission. Japan has had this "upskirt" nonsense for years now. It's a mite weird, and bothering people at the library is always bad form. He should set up a little photo-stand.
