Professional sports teams should create a position called the "Perspective Manager". When adult men run screaming at each other over a call or play the Perspective Manager would come out onto the field, seperate them and say to the coach/players "You are being paid more than 99% of Americans to play a child's game. Yes, you are upset. Yes, you have every right to disagree, but realize that you are a millionaire, beloved by millions of fans and luckier than the overwhelming majority of even professional athletes." Either that or just slap the silly bastards.
