@Marcus I've become jaded in general to the rampant Cubs converge in Chicago media in general and took the opportunity to play into the White Sox inferiority complex ("We are Chicago's Bitch"). At least this time the Cubs did something worth writing about (they are on quite a roll) so nothing against the Chicagoist.

did Chicagoist finally hire a sports reporter that doesn't blindly hate the Cubs? I'd settle for that, he or she doesn't have to even be a Cubs, it would just be nice to read a post about the Cubs minus the jealous vitriol

Mattz - you're kidding, right? I mean, yeah, we've done more Cubs stories than usual this week with the sale and night games fiasco, but there are a dominant number of Sox fans on the staff who love to drink the haterade on the Cubs *coughBenji&Chuckcough*

Whole lot of Cub love around here, but no mention of the Sox come from behind (twice) win in extra innings last night?...I see how it is....
