Man Wants to Tan Really, Really Badly

2008_8_12.tanningsuspect.jpgKevin Stepp, 41, was charged with disorderly conduct, reckless conduct and criminal damage to property after becoming angry and throwing a phone, which broke the glass countertop at Awesome Tan in Mundelein. Stepp was apparently denied tanning services August 3 after filing a complaint the week before, claiming he had been burned by one of the tanning beds. After a staffer refused to let him tan this time, Stepp spoke to a manager on the phone and began yelling, eventually becoming so incensed he allegedly threw the phone against a wall, which it bounced off of and then cracked the counter. Between Project Runway's Blayne and this dude, we're learning a lot about how seriously people take tanning. Also, his hair doesn't...not remind me of Keira Knightley's hair on the cover of Vogue.
