<description>&lt;p&gt;The photographer wrote that it was taken at the Chicago Botanical gardens. I am certainly no plant expert but it looks more like prarie dock, doesn&apos;t it? Does compass plant branch like that? 
In any case, compound flowers are cool. Nice pic.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
