the girl is TWO, though. aren't her parents (or a nanny or something) going to have to spend a lot of time in the house with her if she's to enjoy it? it's not like you can just say -- okay, honey, see you when you get home from your new apartment. nightmare.

@Ingrid: Fortunately, HomeAid isn't stupid so all te proceeds went to charity. The house was donated by Pardee Homes

If only 3,500 raffle tickets were sold, and the proceeds went to charity, I can't imagine that there could have been too much left over for charity after paying to have that house built. For crying out loud, I just paid over $200 to have someone patch a couple of holes in some drywall in my basement...how much would it cost just for the LABOR for that awesome playhouse?????
