Yes, You know, now that you mention it...Marche must do a pretty good job with custom orders because I know the lamb balls are served with mashed urine cakes but we saw it with mac and pork anus. Sort of cool that they'll do something like that. Maybe request that mac and pork anus next time! Mmm, it looked very good.

I love Marche! Usually French restaurants don't have anything for vegetarians but Marche has a couple delicious salads (especially the grated pear salad). A salad and one of their desserts usually fills me up nicely but one time we told the waiter we didn't eat meat and the chef was nice enough to whip up this potatoes and vegetable thing that was pretty yummy. My mouth is watering thinking about the pear salad now.
