Ugh, I don't think I can do this. I hate winter more than ANYTHING and this summer hasn't even been consistently hot enough for me to appreciate fall. I'm going to move to the equator.

i don't know if i can take another one like last year. i already hate winter something awful, but i kept telling everyone that last year was a 'one in 10 year' winter. maybe not. i don't know. i love this city so much. but i don't like that i'm already cringing at the sight of the sun going down at 6 p.m. and the quality of the light and air changing. woe is me.

Sure, it sucks by late Feb., but as a true Northerner, I love winter. Bring it on. PS, it's not ever going to be warm. So if it's going to be cold as shit, it might as well snow and look pretty, instead of that drab, urban-winter gray.
