The Friday Flashback: 1968 Democratic Convention

Hope you aren't nursing hangovers from last night's acceptance speech drinking game.

In a historic month that marked the 45th anniversary of Dr. King's speech on the Mall of Washington, the 88th anniversary of women's suffrage and the nomination of an African American to run for President , it wouldn't be "The Friday Flashback" if we didn't take a look back forty years to when not all was bread and circuses with the Democratic Party.

The only infighting in Denver this week was between the talking heads at MSNBC. Out on the streets of our fair city in 1968, it was a whole different story.
