Carapatricia - No, not bitter at all. I'm not a Pumpkins fan, really. Don't love 'em but don't dislike 'em. And I won't play the "sell out" card either as bands of all stripes have expanded the way they get their music out there. Just my opinion.

Funny: For all the hate tossed Corgan's way, he's managed to do what many, many musicians in this city can only dream of while they answer phones or serve coffee/beer or complain about the unfair, uncaring world: Make what I assume is a great living playing music that millions of fans love. So what that he was once vital and now functions as a parody of himself, at least according to some? He has played in more places, and likely has a better retirement account, than most of us. And don't start with the sell-out--rock has been hopelessly corporate, or at least hopelessly business-like, since before most of us were born. I am not really one of those Corgan fans, but still.

Actually, the Pumpkins "G.L.O.W." does indeed stand for Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling. I'm surprised I'm the first comment and no one has added the standard "they suck now/Billy is irrelevant/it's not SP with James and D'arcy" comments.
