<description>&lt;p&gt;One of these days the various states--and this is a trend gaining steam--will run out of valuable public assets to sell to private firms, and will have to deal with the underlying structural problems in their finances/budgets. Rough guess: Happens within 10 years, assuming this trend gains even more steam. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
