<description>&lt;p&gt;It&apos;s not the lack of a robots.txt file, it&apos;s that the Trib &amp; a lot of other newspapers have used software that automatically updates the date on the site at midnight, but they don&apos;t put the date into the article itself, right under the writer&apos;s name or an AP, Reuters or AFP byline.
I complained to them several years ago about that &amp; they didn&apos;t seem to understand what the problem was.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
