Mayor Daley made it dramatically clear Monday what he thinks of recent accusations from Gov. Blagojevich that the city is to blame for a potential CTA fare hike."Cuckoo," Daley said in a high-pitched voice.
Daley then said he's "not getting into an argument" with the Governor. Classy!

I've been telling everyone I know for a couple of years that Blago is truly, deeply, mentally ill.
You don't have to be a shrink to figure that one out.
His giving the seniors totally free rides was a good example of that. They had never asked for it, he never researched it, vetoed funding to cover the cost of it & failed to limit it to low income seniors only.
I don't know if he is mentally ill or not but he just wants to be liked he doesnt have any idea how to govern. He likes to make proclamations and enact rules that he thinks will make him popular. What is sad is no one in his administration will or can tell him these attempts to govern this way are destroying the state.
