God Willing And The Creek Don't Rise

Seven Illinois counties have been declared disaster zones, and at least four people died in the Chicagoland area as a result of flooding this weekend. The American Red Cross has opened additional shelters on the Northwest Side, and clean-up efforts are already underway. [WBBM, Trib, AP]
