The bill still allows donations to PACs. So, it really only stops dontations DIRECTLY to candidates. These fuckstick politicians can still accept as much as they want from who ever they want through individual PAC's.

Let's make a bet. I wager that a year from now the Tribune will uncover a family of 5 where Mom, Dad, sis, brother and baby jack all have $49,999 contracts in their name with the state. Thus allowing Mom and Dad to make much larger contributions to statewide officeholders. Where there is a law, there's a loophole.
