This is one of my wife's and my favorite places to eat around the neighborhood. It has great chicken tacos and the best salsa verda I've come across so far. The owner is the total American dream on top of it all. All the staff are very friendly too. I'm really glad this place is getting the props it deserves.

Mmmmm....burritos. I used to eat at this place many moons ago when it was located on 35th & Emerald. I must say, it seems the new location is much easier on the eyes. Thanks for reminding me about Erendira, Chuck! I'll have to swing by next time I'm in the neighborhood.

But Bronko's never had a eating area that resembled a mini Hard Rock Café (some might say a shrine to the self-importance of Peter Schiavarelli), dino. It's the interior design and accentuation of restaurants that we'll be the focus of these periodic posts.

Off topic, but I'm always shocked when people lament Demon Dogs. The dogs were so-so, the fries were greasy in a bad way, all that place had going for it was location. Bronkos, a few blocks west on Fullerton, was/is much better for that neighborhood.
