Quimby's celebrates the release of Sin: A Deadly Anthology, a new collection of short stories by The Chicago Contingent that examine the difference between "right" and "wrong." Among the local writers appearing and reading their stories tonight will be A.C. Frieden, Julia Borcherts, and Dana Kaye, plus several others. The authors will also ask trivia questions that could land you a neat-o prize.

Food & Music
The weekly "Tuesday on the Terrace" event at the Museum of Contemporary Art features a few performances as part of this week's World Music Festival. Tonight's performance features Jayme Stone and Mansa Sissoko. And if you want to enjoy some food with the music, Puck's Cafe will have an optional dinner buffet.

Theater
Now's as good a time as any to drop by the Chicago Shakespeare Theater and catch their performance of Amadeus, Peter Shaffer's Tony Award-winning historical drama that explores the relationship between the legendary composer and his rival Antonio Salieri. Performances run through November 9.
