It's worth a shot - Comedy Central is pretty terrible anymore. Outside of Stewart, Colbert, and South Park, there's little worth watching on that channel. How many airing of Joe Dirt and reruns of Scrubs does America really need?

Weird as it sounds, I see this being really successful. Crank Yankers has a HUGE following in the hip-hop community and Avenue Q showed just how hip muppets can be.
