<description>&lt;p&gt;Do you know what the &quot;upscale&quot; Polish Restaurant is?  All the ones I&apos;ve been to are the same.  Gaudy Crystal light fixtures, varnished oak, and pictures of Pope JP II.  Staropolska, Jolly Inn, Theresa II are all average, but still clean and presentable.
And describing a defensive Polish business owner is about as generic as explaining a car is a 4-wheeled automobile.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
