<description>&lt;p&gt;You have to respect the cop who busted an alderman for breaking the law.  Tunney is a good alderman, IMHO, but it is a stretch that the law shouldn&apos;t apply to him for doing city bidniss on the phone at the time.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
