um, no public defender will take this to trial. It will get pled to 2nd degree, as I am sure anyone would have a hard time arguing that this was a premeditated act. Out in ten.

Spook im a bit slow as Im sure you know explain to me again how when you get of a bus and decide to shoot into the bus striking and killing someone who had nothing to do with the original altercation it is anyones fault but his. Yes I am all for more prevention programs but it is to late for this piece of shit he is facing his third felony conviction. he isn't going to cure cancer he's just going to kill another innocent kid. The only thing we can prevent with him is another dead child by giving him a nice long stay in prison. Im not talking in broad strokes about social ills I am talking about a specific career criminal who is a danger to the rest of society.
