City workers actually have to take SIX unpaid days this year, as we already had three before they announced this today. It's nice to see my salary going down every year... Oh well, still have a job.

wow this is pretty shocking. i would be pissed off if i had to take the day off unpaid. why isn't chicagoist giving any commentary about this? you did not break the story anyway.
