<description>&lt;p&gt;I feel like Dart&apos;s real motivation for the eviction thing wasn&apos;t covered enough.  When it went national all it was was that he was stopping evictions.  No one really ever bothered to explain that he was trying to protect tenants who pay their rent on time and are legally entitled to 90 days notice.  I guess that&apos;s coming up now but before it made him look like some crazed maverick.  &lt;/p&gt;</description>
