If it's a domestic dispute I don't see how this has to do with the CPD. That said, maybe this will be an impetus to show how inneffectively managed the CPD is these days as a restult of the reports of us having the highest big city murder rate in teh country.

Yes, I'm sure everyone is thinking about the Olympics and Daley's failings at a time like this. I mean, this was a horrible tragedy, WHY NOT use it to randomly link it to something that had nothing to do with it?

I'm sure a high profile double murder and then kidnapping of a 7 year old that brings in national attention on the same day that it came out Chicago has the highest murder rate in the country this year will make Daley happy and not draw any kind of scrutiny or any doubts about Chicago's ability to safely host the 2016 Olympics. I doubt anyone will bring up the fact that Chicago is short a few hundred PO's on the street, cause that probably isn't relevant... *nervous cough*
