Today's Weather: Dreary

Last night's rain tapers off, but it's still a-gonna be a dreary afternoon. The damp chill will hang around as will the clouds with highs around 54. Rain may make an encore overnight with lows in the mid 40s and continue into Saturday morning. Skilling promises that although Monday and Tuesday will be the area's coldest days in six months, Halloween will be mild with highs near 70.
