Affair? Yes. But I draw the line at aiding and abetting murdering; that says something about your character. There are thousands of people who come from homes much more dysfunctional than hers and wouldn't dream of doing a thing like this. As careful as this guy is, I'm sure he didn't burst in with the news "Hi Honey I killed mah wife now we can be together if you provide the alibi LOLZ" because that's how people get caught. More than likely he said certain things leading up to the event to gauge her reaction and willingness to participate and she responded in the affirmative.

Kaonashi, She was only 17 when she started dating him, so I'd hardly call that a woman. She came from a dysfunctional home...so she's a teenager with emotional issues and self-esteem issues. The uber-creep preyed on that and when she got strong enough to realize the deal and made moves to assert herself, he killed her.

Like most good socialpaths, he plays the "blame the victim" role well. Being a cop, he knows what they look for during homicide investigations so I don't think her body is ever going to be found. While it's horrible that she's dead, I can't extend much sympathy for a woman who had an affair with a married man, knew he murdered his third wife and provided an alibi. Apparently it's okay to keep your mouth shut about another human being getting murdered if it means you get what YOU want. Until it's your own ass on the line; that is. THEN you sing like a canary. The people I feel the most sorry for is Stacy Peterson's family, who will probably never have closure thanks to this walking piece of crap.

Any future girlfriend or wife of his deserves anything coming to them. He must either prey on low IQ or extremely low self-esteem. How does he even explain that "yeah, I'm twice divorced, my 3rd wife died mysteriously in a tub and now a medical examiner determined it to be a homicide, and my 4th wife who is 2.5 times younger than me is missing." You can't make that stuff up.

What's really sad is that a sociopath like this gets all the attention ... after all, he's still around while his victims are not. Victims are forgotten by all except those close to them, who never get over the loss and injustice. Meanwhile, this piece of shi+ is still all over television and people gobble it up for the infotainment. It'd be so great to see Katie Couric say, "Drew Peterson's lawyers called us up again for yet another appearance on our show, but we declined citing no newsworthy or human-interest value."

Guilty or not (and I think he is) the idea that this man is still out there and has a NEW "little GIRL"friend is as creepy as the thought Michael Jackson working at a day care center. What on earth has ANY woman ever seen in him? Everytime I see/hear/read about him it makes my skin crawl. He is serious stranger danger. Odds he'll get away with it, but if he ever does get caught we won't need to worry about the death penalty because he won't last a day in prison.

If I were you, Drew, you disgusting bucket of vomit, I wouldn't have married a "little GIRL" in the first place. Of course she's dead and of course he killed her. He's a cop, he knows what to do and how to get rid of a body. He's going to get away with this and the thought of that makes me ill. Same with Lisa Stebic's husband. Looks like he's going to get away with it too.

I honestly hope for his sake she's alive and well. Because no human being, no matter how psychopathic, acts this way. I think he and that whole clan are white trash, and maybe she smartened up to the fact that she is young and doesn't want to be stuck with a middle-aged guy in his first, second, third, fourth marriage who is abusive and pompous. And if she is dead, he has to be so certain that they will never find her, because there will be no need for a jury when his trial comes around. He'll be executed faster than Ceausescu.

I think his being a former police officer factors in more here as in "he knows the process and how to game the system" as opposed to "POLICE CONSPIRACY". His fellow (former) officer friends are probably embarrassed by his antics. And, the fact that there have been no charges after a year means there might never be.
