Beer braised beef brisket with horseradish cream.

Berkshire pork osso bucco with fried apples. Side of mashed potatoes and the Mac and Cheese (Gruyere and butternut squash with crispy fried shallots).

Manila pulled pork Adobo braised pork shoulder and miso lychee coleslaw on a toasted bun. Side of Cheddar Mac and Cheese.

$NY Strip (14 oz.) covered with grilled onions and Grafton\r\nVillage 4 yr white cheddar.$

Monster Cobb - aged cheddar, egg, bacon, ham, turkey, tomato, cucumber, green onion and carrot on butter lettuce tossed in Shochu ranch or red wine vinaigrette.
