There's no denying the collective energy felt throughout Chicago after Obama's win on Tuesday night. We observed that the concentrated amount of elated emotion Tuesday night was expressed with tears of joy, mass champagne consumption, and dancing and cheering in the streets. Oh, and sex.
The Trib wants to know more about the latter. Did you? Did you have romantic political sex on the evening of November 4th following Mr. Obama's acceptance speech? Currently, their non-scientific online survey of 291 people states that 75% did not. Regardless of what the actual numbers are (and we don't really care to know) there are enough people talking about it to coin the term "Obama Baby."
“Obama Baby” has joined the ranks of "PEWS" and "election erection" as recent additions to the Urban Dictionary. The definition of "Obama Baby" is: "a child conceived after Obama was proclaimed President by way of celebratory sex, or any baby born under Barack Obama's term(s)." Or perhaps a third definition- any baby actually named after Barack Obama...
We say that Obama has already started creating jobs. Or at least maybe some cash for creative, entrepreneurial types. If you start now, "Obama Baby" onesies, cards, baby blankets, and assorted toys will be ready when the first generation of Obama babies are born in July of next year.

Life offers few sure things...A gathering of 100,000 plus abortion-rights supporting liberal women devoid of puritanical morality and drunk with the feeling that for once, false promises paid off (i.e., hope, change, unity). Good time to throw out an 'I'll call you'...It's about as sure a thing as you can get.
If it didn't happen for you Tuesday night, it won't...ever.
