<description>&lt;p&gt;It&apos;s an amazing house. I work with LEED certification quite a bit and they&apos;ve gone above and beyond to make this not just green, but really liveable as well. Some of the more out there green tech just isn&apos;t sustainable.

I read somewhere this house would go for around 500k on the market, not bad for a single family new construction. Add the tax benefits and energy savings? That&apos;s starting to get affordable for more than just rock star enviro-nuts.
