Today's Weather: Clammy

Another day of cloudy skies and moist air, but, hey, no rain. At least while the sun is up. And speaking of Mr. Sun, some breaks in the clouds might allow him to break through as temps rise to the upper 50s. But rain develops late this afternoon and into this evening, lows in the mid-to-upper 40s. Tomorrow looks like today, but temps turn cold again tomorrow night and the rain will turn to snow. The coldest weekend in 8 months is coming and Skilling says snow isn't far behind.
