Vegan Korean food? If you have any doubt there is a market for elitist foodies who just have to feel they are eating "authentic" food while adhering to their self righteous environmental standards, look no further than this restaurant. Kudos to Mr. Choi for recognizing this and profiting from it. "Look Hannah, there is a Korean owner so it must be authentic! I'm so glad we left Map Room after two $9.50 beers so we could come here."
