<description>&lt;p&gt;While I&apos;m sure many people are outraged that it took so long, I for one am glad that the Chicago police, for once, did not succomb to the pressure of getting the guy and waited until they had sufficient evidence to make the arrest.  All too often in recent memory has the Chicago Police been too quick on the draw, forcing themselves and the State&apos;s Attorney to follow through on a number of prosecutions of innocent people, to avoid admitting a mistake.  We cannot both chide them for that and chide them for proceeding with caution in making an arrest.  Pick one. You either want cautious, careful cops or you want action.  &lt;/p&gt;</description>
