Okay, as much as I enjoy Word of the Day Weather, this "Bring. It. On." snow attitude's pushed me over the edge... There needs to be a weather free Chicagoist feed! :)

I would love a steady but gentle stream of constant snow that lasts from the day after Halloween until Three Kings Day. I always want a White Christmas.

LOL...I hear you smussy. Sometimes I look out my window and I see neighbor kids getting off the school bus and I laugh at how they seek out the icy spots on the sidewalk that didn't get completely shoveled or didn't melt so they can run and do fantastic slides. And then there's me, who does whatever I can do to get around the icy spots and I wonder when, exactly, did I stop seeking out the ice to start avoiding it.

why do you hurt me so, marcus? every day we went without snow i thought (in blissful denial), maybe we can just keep going. no snow. snow itself is pretty (until the end of things), but walking around all stilted and scared because neighbors and businesses don't shovel their walks? crap. and going my whole entire life without any substantial falls, i was a complete FAIL *twice* last year. winter is not my friend.
