These words can mean however Congress wants to construe them within reason. But why am I even bringing this up? Obama was born in Hawaii. Hawaii is a state, hence he was born on US soil and he happens to be the son of a parent who was born a citizen of the US. Another fact is that conspiracy theorists are full of shit.

There is nothing we could do to stop them from doing this. Therefore all US Born Citizen would have dual citizenship and NO ONE would be eligible to be president. The fact is, British law is irrelevant to how his US Citizenship was conferred, which was by right of birth. And in response to your example, yes, Atta's kid would be Natural Born and eligible to be POTUS. My personal opinion of it is irrelevant. That's why America rocks!
