Mmmm, plums. That sounds good. I loved this recipe. I also loved eating in while in my jammies.

To anyone that's never done it, roasting chicken is awesome and easier than you think.

I also like to stuff mine with plums.

Damn, another good one. I am a sucker for recipies that look like even I could cook it and with ingredients that I can easily find (the little store around the corner doesn't stock Swiss chard or quinoa).

I would also recommend not walking away (at least too far) at the end. The sugar in the basting juice can burn pretty quick at that temperature.

I'm sure it does taste better with fresh; just asking for the lazy factor (plus I like to eat my delicious oranges, not juice them...:))... thanks!

Excellent on both counts. You can use OJ of any form - it just tastes better with fresh. And i sometimes add some cayenne or crushed red pepper - but because of the liquid glaze, it sometimes gets washed off during basting and just makes your veggies REALLY spicy.

Sounds delicious. I have neither oranges nor OJ in my fridge right now, but I am wondering if I could substitute some good orange juice...?

I might also add a dash of red pepper... For a little zing.
