Yesterday's crappy weather perfectly matched the crappy mood from all that shook out (and shook down). Today will be a little bit better but colder. The clouds will break, giving us a respite from the darkness, but temps will only reach the mid 20s with brisk 10 to 15 mph winds. Expect lows in the upper teens tonight. While it's been one of the snowiest Decembers in 30 years, it's about to get a bit milder according to Chicago Weather Godfather Tom Skilling.
