<description>&lt;p&gt;At Risqu&#233 Caf&amp;#233 they serve the bacon with a side of white cream bacon gravy.  But the bacon at WSC is a revelation.  I think to dip it in something would actually sully it, although I&apos;d probably experiment with some of their dipping dog sauces.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
