The Wiener and Still Champion is spectacular. The hot dogs and burgers are incredible. Everything on the menu is great. I highly recommend The Wiener and Still Champion!

I wonder if they make an idea I came up with recently and wanted to try -- bacon wrapped corn dogs. Wrap a dog in some bacon, dip in batter and fry it up. Seems that they've got all the components at their disposal.

I have a recipe for Bacon Candy somewhere. If I can find it, I'll post it. I can't even believe I said that, or that I saved the recipe OR that all of this decadent bacon food sounds good. I love pigs...why does bacon have to be so good??????? @Von Erich, have you seen the Chicken Skin episode of South Park? It's hysterical.

At Risqué Café they serve the bacon with a side of white cream bacon gravy. But the bacon at WSC is a revelation. I think to dip it in something would actually sully it, although I'd probably experiment with some of their dipping dog sauces.

A word of warning to those seeking this bacon- the guys at WaSC are reluctant to make it at lunchtime. I guess it takes too long. I've been told more than once that it's not available until 3:30. And the perfect accompaniment? Fried pickle chips.
