Is it just me or the article regarding Jesse Jr.'s cooperation only using sources from Jackson himself? It doesn't say anywhere that the Feds acknowledged this. The person keeping anonymous is just "familiar with the phone call".

1) According to that story, JJ Jr was cooperating with the AG etc after that whole his wife didnt get the job thing. 2) I will never trust anythign the sun-times says ever about this scandal...they are in the tank.

i just don't get why it would be a big deal for people to talk about who might get the senate seat or who would be good or stuff like that. i think it would be a good idea for the president and rahm to talk about that stuff with people. isn't the illegal part when someone starts, oh i don't know, trying to *put up MONEY* for it? hey ... we'll give you a bunch of cash if you put x,y, or z in there ... right? who cares if people talked about this. it's not a conspiracy to dish on this. am i right here?
